How to buy?
  • Choose the style
  • View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, and price. You can also see video of each style
  • Select an item of clothing and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.
  • If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or logging in as a returning customer.
  • Choose a delivery method.
  • Select a payment method.
  • Confirm the order.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.

 

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.


How do I check on my order?
You can check your order status by checking out the “Order History” page.


How do I change my name, email and/or password?
You can edit account information by vising the “My Account” page.


Is my information secure?
All your data is SSL encrypted and we never store any sensitive information on our servers.


How are you different from other online retailers?
This is how we differentiate ourselves from other online retailers. We are a group of media people by heart and everything we select must be reviewed and pre-approved by our seasoned fashion editors and often times voted by our audience.


What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We offer the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Gift Card.


What does my order status mean?

  • Order received – we have received your order
  • Order pending – your order is pending, we might need additional information to complete the order
  • Order processed - we have processed your order for shipping
  • Order shipped – we have shipped your order through our carrier
  • Order Completed – We have delivered your order

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours of purchase. We strive to get your product to you within 7 business days or less. However, some items produced in Europe and Asia might take longer and we will list delivery time in the description page.

 

How do you ship your products?
We ship both domestic and international via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other available courier service. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses. Texas residences are subject to sales tax. Shipping cost for Hawaii, Alaska and international shipments calculated on a per order basis.


Will I get a tracking number?
We will also send you email notifications and tracking number of your purchase. You can track the status of your purchase on Order History page.
